The new-fashioned and stylish room with a balcony. Very central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from a puppet theatre. Located minutes from pubs and cafés.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of town! Being just a stone's throw away from the main strip of Fremantle and all the local attractions was so convenient. And let's not forget the amazing balcony and the breathtaking views we had! It was the perfect place to relax and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having a choice of pillows to suit our preferences. We also felt safe and secure, being able to come and go as we pleased.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends! From the friendly and prompt service of the staff, to the complimentary drink and cheese at the nearby bar, the hospitality here was exceptional.

Facility were good - Very comfortable bed, large modern TV, modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly.
On the weekend you can hear the noise of rowdy locals out late at night. Also, it is very noisy early in the morning when the garbage is collected in the streets below.

Very nice room (deluxe suite with balcony). Not much of a view, but the balcony was quite large and had furniture and is more private than others. Hotel was just off the main strip (Cappucinno strip). Close to shopping and cafes. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Slept very well!
My only real complaint is that they advertised a Nespresso coffee machine, but didn't provide the coffee...or instructions on how to use it. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Great location, close to cafes and transportation. Plenty of things to do nearby, which made it easy to spend the holidays here. The apartment was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy ourselves. We also appreciated the friendly staff and easy check-in process.
We were disappointed by the lack of amenities in our apartment. There was no TV in the bedroom, which made it difficult for everyone to watch what they wanted.

It was a very quiet hotel and pleasantly furnished.
I found the late check-in procedure a bit difficult as I wasn't expecting the hotel not to have a receptionist. However, the phone call to the manager produced the desired result and my kind taxi driver waited until I was safely in the building. As a woman alone I think this procedure was a little intimidating - and would be worse for someone who didn't speak English well or if the guest couldn't get a response on the phone.

Special atmosphere all around, great and awesome location close enough to town center, and local attractions, restaurants and the forshore. Nearby Benny's - great place to chill out.

This hotel in the town center exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is unbeatable. The prices are reasonable considering the prime location and the level of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the well-appointed rooms with a huge balcony to the complimentary upgrade, this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel special. Lastly, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness added to the overall positive experience.
No complaints. Everything was fantastic!

The attention to detail was evident, with a personalized message on the mirror that made me feel special. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. Despite being located in a central area, the windows effectively blocked out any noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely rooms and great location.

Location, close to restaurants.
The room charge increased $40 after booking confirmation that was about the same price as other 5 star hotels. This notification came in too late so we had no choice but to take that instead of other options. I complained about this at the reception at our arrival and she told us that her manager will handle this matter but never heard from them at all. Also our bathroom floor get wet all over because of the way the room is designed.

This is a newly built boutique hotel in a quite street in the retail "eat street" area of historic Fremantle. On site parking, welcoming staff & a generously sized and comfortable room.
While it doesn't have an on site restaurant there are a dozen within two hundred meters.
